What can I ask a Plug to do?
Anything physical and legal that one person can reasonably handle: shopping, queueing, collecting, delivering, comparing prices, or waiting somewhere on your behalf.
How does paying work?
You pay your Plug directly for what they bought, plus their fee. TumaPlug does not hold your money — we take a commission from the Plug, not from your shopping.
What if something costs more than expected?
Your Plug sends the real price from the counter and waits. Nothing over your budget is bought unless you approve it.
Who are the Plugs?
People who have submitted identity documents and posted a refundable bond before being allowed to take paid work. You can see their rating before accepting.
Something went wrong. What now?
Report a problem on the request. Our operations team reviews it against the photos, prices and messages recorded against that job.
Can I be a customer and earn too?
Yes. One account holds every role — add Plug, Rider or Vendor to the account you already use, and switch between them.
